Emily Sanders Biography
After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and embarking on a career in business and marketing, Sanders found herself longing to follow her lifelong interest in visual art. She decided to devote all of her resources to studies at Jeffrey Hein Academy of the Arts, where she studied advanced painting and drawing. Sanders has worked as a Gallery Director in Park City and runs a swimwear design business, inspired through her art. She currently teaches college art courses and high school art at Stansbury.
Sanders travels and researches extensively to keep herself inspired visually, with a current emphasis on things that represent life, which is often birds, trees, and the landscape. She uses two-dimensional shapes combined with three-dimensional objects to create an alluring visual appeal in her work.
